Steve Balmer – President and Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Balmer has been President and a director of the Company since July 14, 2005. Mr. Balmer is also President and Chief Operating Officer of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation, which operates its business under the banner name of the HERO Products Group, a 36-year old Vancouver-based producer and distributor of equipment for the paint and retail markets of the coatings industry. Mr. Balmer formerly held the position of President and Director of an international company selling equipment and chemicals to the global coatings industry. Prior thereto, Mr. Balmer held the position of Executive Vice President of the HERO Industries ("HERO Industries") division of Middlefield Bancorp Limited, a Toronto-based merchant bank trading on the TSX, for 12 years.

Anthony Traub – Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Traub has been Secretary and a director of the Company since July 14, 2005. He is the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of I.C.T.C. Holdings Corporation. Prior thereto, he was a Director and the Founding Partner of a fund manager with $3.5 billion under management, primarily in the income trust sector trading on the TSX. Mr. Traub is a Chartered Accountant and prior to 1979 was involved in public practice.

Carlos deMelo – Vice President, Customer Service

Since November 1, 2004, Mr. deMelo has been employed by the HERO products group of I.C.T.C. Prior thereto and since October 2001, he was employed by HERO Industries. Prior thereto, Mr. deMelo had a 27-year career with ABC Dispensing Technologies. Over the course of such career, he held the positions of Vice President of Customer Service, Regional Director and Sales Manager. Mr. deMelo holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University at Long Beach and an Associate Degree in Electronics Engineering from United Electronics Institute in Akron, Ohio.

Drew Gagnier – Vice President, Marketing

Mr. Gagnier has been employed as the Vice President, Marketing and the senior marketing and communications officer by the HERO products group of I.C.T.C. since November 1, 2004. Prior thereto and since August 1998, he was employed by HERO Industries. Over the past seven years, Mr. Gagnier has helped to shape and build I.C.T.C. into one of the leading suppliers of retail paint equipment. Mr. Gagnier has a Bachelor of Business Administration and is a fourth level Certified General Accountant.

Brian Morse – Vice President, Research and Development

Dr. Morse created the Company’s complete line of Bio-Wash® products and the Company’s patented Selective Adhesive Release Agent (SARA) technology. Prior to joining the Company in November 1999, he served as Chief Chemist for Gemini Packaging Ltd. where he formulated and developed 200 products for the President’s Choice brand and the No Name brand for Real Canadian Superstores. He also served as Chief Chemist for FMC Chemicals Ltd. and Warnock Hersey Consulting Laboratories International. Dr. Morse has a degree in Organic Chemistry from Birkenhead Technical College of Liverpool and holds a license with the Royal Institute of Chemists.

Richard Skeats – Vice President, Finance

Mr. Skeats has been employed by the HERO products group of I.C.T.C. since November 1, 2004, involved in the management of the accounting and administrative areas of I.C.T.C. Prior thereto and since 1991, he was employed by HERO Industries. Mr. Skeats is a Certified Management Accountant.

Michael Sloan – Vice President, Sales – Industrial

Mr. Sloan has been employed by the Company since 2001 where he has directed a sales team of marine, industrial, consumer and aerospace specialists responsible for sales in North America. Prior thereto, from 1996 to 2000, he was Vice President, International Operations of Ameron Protective Coatings Group based in California where he directed a group of international specialists responsible for annual sales of $100 million. Mr. Sloan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oregon State University.

Nicholas Bozikis - Financial Controller

Mr. Bozikis was appointed as Controller, Compliance of the Company effective August 15, 2005. Mr. Bozikis is a Chartered Accountant with over five years experience as an audit manager and advisor to businesses with a focus on the real estate and financial services industries. More recently, Mr. Bozikis was the Senior Financial Analyst for a local biotechnology company. As Senior Financial Analyst, he was responsible for financial reporting to the company’s shareholders. Mr. Bozikis is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.
